After an online resume submission along with notification of interest in the position, they set me up with an interview the next day. During the interview I did formally fill out an application, which was joked about as a test of my multitasking abilities. Interview lasted about an hour. Had normal questions about my previous employment, qualifications, etc. Was informed id be notified by the end of the week to come in for a second interview.
