Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your interview experience with SERVPRO. We apologize you were not satisfied with our process. Our goal is to attract, hire and retain career-oriented top talent and follow up with every interviewed candidate. Unfortunately, without the specifics, it’s difficult to determine what contributed to the delay.
We have received favorable comments from candidates regarding SERVPRO’s talent acquisition experience. Our Hiring Managers have been pleased with the quality of the applicants generated by our process and, subsequently, hiring top talent to fill our open positions. However, no process is perfect. We have experienced some delays due to the coordination of multiple candidates through the process, Hiring Managers out of office due to their travel responsibilities, the consensus decision-making process, etc.
