Had several meetings with the CRO to whom I would be reporting -- first was to understand my background, where I am in my career, and what I'm looking for. The next was to dig into my sales experience and results, and the third was a pitch and product demo. From there, met with two others from the sales team, one from marketing, and one from operations to chat through the opportunity and answer any questions. From there, I presented a pitch and 30/60/90 to those that I had met previously as well as the co-founders Lastly was an interview one on one with the CEO before getting an offer
