Went to an info session on campus then sent in an application. I had an in person interview on campus. Once I was sent on the the next round I took a quiz on campus that would determine if I would be a good cultural fit for the company. I was then called for a visit to their location for a job offer.

The interview process was based on the kind of person you are. No technical interview questions were asked. The interview was through the school. Highly recommend dress business processional with tie.

Behavioral Interview for the first round at university. Second round was a 3 hour long aptitude/personality test. Third round was at the dealership. Easy process. They were trying to get a read on if you fit their culture or not. They are hiring students with hopes of you eventually signing with them full time.
