No fui seleccionado en el proceso, por lo que desconozco qué etapas siguen después de esa evaluación.

Interview
The process started with an online Wonderlic test followed by a three step Codility challenge. The tasks involved basic Express endpoints, a React debouncer, and a mid-level SQL query. An AI assistant was available for questions, making the challenge manageable. Results were provided immediately, and I scored 100%.
The interviewer mostly reading questions while an AI monitored responses, which made the interaction feel less personal.
I later received a rejection email without feedback.
The entire process is as exactly how they say it is there were no surprises. It as also quite short compared to other companies, definetely on the easier side of things.
