Their interview process is out of order, and I was rejected with a boilerplate automated email, despite being told throughout the process that I was an excellent candidate and would be moving forward. This process was not difficult, however it was out of order and having candidates be required to pay for tooling without offering any compensation is a bad look. 1 - automated cognitive/personality testing through a third party 2 - Screener with recruiter 3 - Mandatory college transcripts? Weird. 4 - Extensive take-home test, where I was expected to pay for all my own tooling. 5 - Interview with hiring manager 6 - More interviews 7 - A proctored re-take of the test in Step 1
