Waste of time. Despite having 10+ years experience, they still requested copy of my transcript, which I had to pay out of pocket. For new grads and interns, I get looking at GPA, but if I've been working the past 10-15 years, I'd think my work experience trumps gpa. At Sezzle, it does not (and my gpa wasn't great, but again, 10+ years experience).
