The application/interview process was very swift. I was in need of a remote job and just by chance they were hiring entry level positions such as this one. I applied on July 17th, on July 19th I was asked to complete a take home assessment. This assignment stated that it was not disqualifying an any way at all but it asked scenario type questions pertaining to a customer service rep. I returned the assignment that day via word doc.
On July 26th, I was contacted by email for an interview telephone availability. I selected the soonest available which was July 28th. On that day I was contacted for what would be my first interview, after the all the questions and information was provided by myself I was informed of the pay rate ($20) and that the schedule would be Monday to Friday, you will receive a STIP, as well as equipment. Before the call ended I was informed that I would have to complete an assessment, which I was fine with.
You will have to complete an WONSCORE assessment, which is difficult in questions and I was sure that I would not pass it. There are 50 questions total with only a few minutes.
But I guess I did well because the next day I received an email for a virtual interview set up with a few team members. Interview took place on August 2nd, I met with a customer support lead, Associate Shopper Support Manager and Director of Support Execution.
They all asked me questions and the interview was a breeze, it felt just like a regular conversation. I felt that I did very well and I was sure that I would get the job. August 4th I was offered the job.
