First round is something of an IQ test. Then, a Codility test with three tasks, one for Python, one for SQL, one for React. Python was the number of water tanks per house problem. React was implementing a like/dislike button with its functionalities, most of the code is already written. After that, HR interview with basic questions. To proceed to next round, it's important to send proof of high GPA. After that, tech interview with Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering and Engineering manager. Talking about previous experience, and then a "task" to plan out a store, with everything it needs, from hosting to serving, front and back, how everything would be handled. The talk went really well in my opinion, but still no offer.

To be absolutely honest, the worst process I've had during my whole professional life. A lot of automated tests in the beginning, not even related to coding but to basic math, logic, visual patterns, behavior, and weird stuff. After those, you finally get a coding challenge with an exercise for Frontend, an exercise for Backend, and an exercise for SQL (average difficulty). Until now you haven't gotten in touch with any human. After that, an interview (non-tech), nothing special, but with a lot of contradictions, the job posting says "on-site" but they don't even have an office, the interviewer says hybrid, and in the last interview they say fully remote. Near the end, a tech interview (the first one), so disorganized, without a clear and coherent conversation thread, just live coding with backend and databases exercises that they don't even understand, so hard to get, in the language you want (but they don't even know if you are coding right because they just work with Golang). Guess what? I was going to finish the process and they requested my bachelor's degree (I don't have one, the job posting said it's optional), I told them that I was an active student, as I had mentioned in the two interviews I had with humans, and in 1 second, after all the invested time, I received an email saying they had stopped my process because I was a student and they were not offering internships... What? So they never reviewed my CV, they never paid attention to me during the interviews, and they just assumed that I was hunting an internship and that I was not capable of studying and working at the same time. They answered that the degree was optional but they didn't like students... What can you expect from a "tech" company that thinks that study is a sin?
