Send in application, resume, cover letter. It doesn't seem that this is scanner before sending you to the the cognitive assessment stage because my application was denied AFTER having done this assessment (45 mins of personality and cognitive ability questions) AND a formal interview, due to a 3.8 GPA requirement that was not communicated prior in any way. I was also rejected for a different role prior to the given deadline to finish the cognitive assessment stage. It seems like a decent company, but the processes seem shaky and disorganized and requirements are high and not communicated well. The GPA requirement (especially one this high) is a bit much as there are many other factors to a candidate and even to a GPA (ex: study abroad grades do not apply to your GPA in some cases, even if you have excellent grades.
