I completed 3 rounds of the interview process. The process was an initial application, Wonderlic IQ and personality test, interview with a manager, then a TestGorilla business and communications test. The Wonderlic test was ~1 hour, interview 30 minutes, and TestGorilla ~1 hour. The people that I interviewed with were nice and was the highlight of my interview experience.
Overall, the interview process left a sour taste due to the multiple online exams that were asked to complete, especially after an initial interview with a manager. The TestGorilla did not provide much context, and all answers were correct, but they wanted a more correct answer. There was one additional section to draft up a cold outreach email to a company, and was timed to complete it under 5 minutes. After completed, I got an automated email that my application was no longer in consideration, and did not include any feedback or notes.
Note: the time that TestGorilla stops the question ~10-30 seconds UNDER what you are given, so you have less time than you expect. It seemed like TestGorilla questions were written by people trying to trick you into the wrong answer, and provided little to no context/background. The questions felt like they were AI written, or plugged into a translator and not proof read.
