I applied online. I interviewed at Shake Shack in Apr 2022
Interview
I went through a phone interview, an assessment, and a zoom interview! I found out through a different person who works at Talent Acquisition that I received the offer, The whole process took about 3 weeks in total but it was very worth it in the end. They were super nice and respectful.

Question 1
Questions are standard and seeing personality can fit onto the team. Some scenario questions were "what to do if a guest is upset and how would you handle it". Nothing difficult in my opinion. "Why Shake Shack?" "Biggest strengths/difficulties" "Have you worked remotely before"
