I sat with different managers in the business - operations manager, general manager, ceo, cfo, etc. They made the hiring process very personal, which made for an easy transition into the workplace when hired. Months before my graduation from college, I traveled to New York for my destination-oriented interviews (I wanted to work in NY for a restuarant opening-manager position, so all of my interviews were held there).

Interview
It was one of the most thoughtful and insiteful conversations I have ever had. THe person conducting the interview was gracious and caring. Felt more like lunch with a friend than an interview. It really made me feel welcome and I wasn't even part of the team yet.

You apply online and they email you to ask you to come in for an interview. Typically you meet with the Assistant General Manager first, and if they like you then you interview with the General Manager. From time to time, you will interview with the Area Director after the General Manager.
