It was very chill, the manager was keen on having an employee who was charismatic and had good communication skills. Examples of this would be maintaining good eye contact and smiling often, making you seem more open and easy to talk to.

Basic interview process asking how you would solve problems, how you would communicate, leadership questions and so on. Your answer doesn't matter, they only need your availability. As long as you're available for the shift they need they'll give you a call back.
