I applied online. I interviewed at Shake Shack in Jul 2022
Interview
Informative and helpful. They go through company culture, day-to-day operations, compensation and benefits. They also go over scheduling and shifts in a day. Overall a pleasant experience. And it’s been great working here.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your availability in a week and would that stay as it is or change in the future?
The hiring manager was really kind, but unfortunately, it seems they aren’t actually hiring anyone. It feels like they wasted my time with the interview, even though I answered all the questions perfectly and have experience. I didn’t get an update on time, and I thought I had the job, so I canceled another job I had lined up. Now I just checked, and it says I’m no longer under consideration. I received an email saying they chose someone else, but the application is still open, and you can still apply and get an interview. This was in Forest Hills, NY.
