I applied for the position through Linked In. Within a day or so I was called by a recruiter to talk about the position. He was very informative, answered my questions and was able to give me good information on what exactly they were looking for.
Within a couple days, I was contacted to come in for an interview. The original interview date ended up getting pushed back a week because they were in the middle of moving offices and their new space was not yet ready. First round interview was good, standard meet with HR and share information about the position.
I was then invited back for a second round. This interview started with a skills test to see what I already knew, then a sit down that included the Product Manager and the Head of Development. I enjoyed that it was more social and informal, more of a personality check and getting to know you.
Shortly after, they asked for references and made me an offer. Started 2 weeks later with a few other new people.
