I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sharpen (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2017
Interview
The whole process was awesome. Very straight forward with caring and passionate people. The process lasted about 3 weeks, however, it probably could have been shorter as they were accommodating my schedule as best they could (which not a lot of companies do). The team members I interviewed with took the time to share with me the culture of individuals I would be working alongside, as well as laid out the path they envisioned for me. They let me explain my goals and where I wanted to be, and shared how they could help me get there. A unique aspect of Sharpen, the final interview was a roundtable discussion with various individuals, which makes you feel a part of the company and the collaboration process. It also gives you an understanding of what the culture and individuals at the company are like.
