Interview
Somewhat comfortable interview process. Did not seem like she asked enough "what would you do in this situation" questions to determine if the person applying would be a good fit for the team. The store manager seemed to hire anybody, and did not use the proper way to train, which resulted in a lot of people quitting and getting fired.
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours
