The first interview was a recorded online interview of sorts, it was just recording yourself answering basic questions. It was the most difficult part because of the awkwardness of the situation.

Because of the technical nature of my job they asked me events and how I handled them mostly troubleshooting, the wanted to know were there times I had given back to my community.
They asked what was the most complicated device I had worked on.
