Received an E-mail with a request to answer a few questions via video reply.
Second was an interview with who would be the boss I report too.
Third was to the Regional Director.

They wanted to know my back ground.
Because of the technical nature of my job they asked me events and how I handled them mostly troubleshooting, the wanted to know were there times I had given back to my community.
They asked what was the most complicated device I had worked on.

First phone interview screened for electronic knowledge, did a 1 on 1 video interview with hiring manager next and finally an in-person interview with hiring manager and two senior engineers.

Describe a situation where you made a mistake, how did you correct the situation?
The interview process was the longest I have taken part in. From initial contact to hire date it was about 3 months. The first interview was a recorded online interview of sorts, it was just recording yourself answering basic questions. It was the most difficult part because of the awkwardness of the situation.
