I applied online. I interviewed at Sierra Nevada Corporation in Mar 2017
Interview
Friendly and direct questioning process, with questions about what value do you add to the "team" and what experience do you have with highly technical information/systems. Hiring person was respectful and good during interview. After the interview, though, no contact for several months not even to say the position had been filled.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Sierra Nevada Corporation (Southern Pines, NC) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was an initial screening from HR/TA and then a panel interview with 4 senior members of the team (VPs and Directors). Panel interview was conducted over Zoom. No introductions were provided. No one took charge of the interview, so the interview was not very well organized and there were a lot of dead pauses. No one described the company or the role in general. They did not ask me if I had any questions. No one had their camera on but me.
