I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sierra Nevada Corporation in Jan 2011
Interview
Entire process was not bad at all. The length from application to job offer was around 3 months. There were several phone interviews and then an in person face to face interview with the Field Manager followed by a skills question and answer session. Management kept me in the loop during the whole process which was nice.
