I applied online. I interviewed at Sierra Nevada Corporation in Nov 2019
Interview
They had 3 or 4 people on the call and went thru my resume. They were very curious about my experience with testing hardware because that's what I would be involved with at my co-op. They focused on a few bullets towards the bottom of my resume, which tripped me up a bit. I stammered thru a few questions and was not fully prepared but I still got the job.

Interview
I met an SNC recruiter at my university's career fair, and gave him a copy of my resume. The recruiting office later followed up by phone, and asked me if I was interested in interviewing. After the call I had to fill out a pro-forma application online to get into the system. The interview was scheduled promptly at the nearest SNC office, and I had my offer by the start of the business week following the interview.
