I have interviewed twice for this company. Interviews are standard, over the phone, usually with more than one person. Recruiters guide the scheduling process and the second time the recruiter pre-screened me prior to the interview. During the interview process, they get back to you quickly and are friendly over the phone, etc. However, once the interview is over and you are not selected, they completely GHOST you and do not answer any follow up emails or even change their application process to indicate if you got the job or not. In fact the first interview I had, still shows "In Progress" from over 2 months ago. They do not follow up and they leave you wondering if you ever got the job until time eventually tells you that you didn't. Pretty poor interview/selection process in my opinion. You think they would have more respect and courtesy for people's time and eagerness to join the team, but they don't they just leave you hanging. Discourages people from wanting to apply to the company again.
