Interview
They were always late doing interviews with potential employees due to the volume of work but that is still no excuse. Once the process was started it always went smooth and the questioning on the particular job at hand was always crisp and clear.
There were Three rounds:
1. HR
2. Hiring Manager
3, Panel Interview (Hiring Manager, Technical Lead, Mechanical lead, and a peer)
I interviewed over teams. Other colleagues were flown out for an in person interview.

Received a phone call interview from the hiring manager. 30-40 minutes. Received a follow-up email asking for an in-person interview. They had me fly out to Wisconsin for the interview with the hotel, flight, rental car, and other expenses fully paid.

Very laid back friendly. Wanted to get a feel for my previous work experience and project experience. Very interested in any side work/ hobbies that would apply to the job.
