Interview process starts with an HR call of about 30 minutes. The flexibilities described by HR were much better than actually proposed by the hiring manager. Next step was a 1 hour phone interview. After that they paid to fly me to their facility for a 1 hour interview. There was no tour. The conference room was in the lobby so you can't get a feel for the campus. Questions were easy for anyone that is experienced in hiring and leadership.
