I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sierra Nevada Corporation (Englewood, CO)
Interview
Quick 30 minute phone call with HR and then a teams call with two engineers. Pretty easy interview with some basic STAR questions sprinkled in. The two engineers I spoke to told me they wanted to get me onsite the following week and to expect an email but nothing ever came. I emailed my POC but never received a response despite her telling me they would communicate whether they wanted to move forward or not. Great conversations with all involved but the lack of communication after being told to expect an email out a bad taste in my mouth.
I applied on their website and had a phone screen, phone interview, and on site interview. Two weeks later I was told by a recruiter I wasn't qualified for the position I interviewed for but they offered me a more junior position which I expressed interest in and SNC made a verbal offer. I countered and they made me a new offer, which they then walked back. When I asked for their offer in writing they said the position was cancelled. An unprofessional experience.
