Signify Health interview questions

I was referred by an employee and had a phone interview with Talent Acquisition leadership. The interview was unstructured and superficial without any drill down questions. I was left with this was a great conversation and that I should hear next steps in a week. I waited 2 weeks and sent a follow up email. I received a reply apologizing for the delay and that the position was filled and wished me good luck. I requested feedback and received none. I was shocked from the overall poor candidate experience from Talent Acquisition leadership. That speaks volumes about the lack of commitment for a positive candidate experience. My hope is that someone in this organization will read this and begin to focus on candidate experience.

Recruiter had scripted answers and could not give me anything concrete. After reading multiple reviews it was clear that they would not be able to give me the amount of work desired and were just trying to get paid for recruiting not fitting someone for a job.
