Signify Health Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

Multiple unanswered emails by a recruiter. Spoke with hiring manger and then received offer letter from same person who never responded to my emails. Responded to recruiter with a counter and never heard back. Sent follow up email and never heard back. They missed my phone screen initially and I emailed about 4-6 asking to reschedule the call they never made but scheduled with me. Heard after 3 times they would call by end of day. Never got the call. Heard after 2 more emails they would call by end of week. Never did then they went silent after offer letter. Just horrible communication for a hiring recruiter.
