Multiple interviews where all feedback was positive. Where their system breaks down is they want to have a presentation done with discovery done at the same time. That is a not a solid way to examine a potential sales candidate. Discovery and presentations should be broken out as separate events. Presentations cannot be done effectively unless proper discovery has been done. The one way to do this would be to have a preset document with a sample completed discovery, and then the candidate could do additional discovery ahead of the presentation and make some adjustments to the presentation in realtime.

Question 1
What was a past sales deal that you lost and how could you have won it?
Time waster. Recruiter asked me one question. Then, she asked me if I had any questions. I asked and she gave me the vaguest of answers. She hung up on me immediately afterwards. Rude.
I applied online. I interviewed at Simon AI (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was very transparent and straightforward. They had a screening call that was mostly behavioral followed by an in-person and then a mock presentation. It was well organized and I got the opportunity to meet people in different parts of the company.
