Worst interview process. First round was online written test with 12 MCQ and 2 coding problems. Test was very easy. You can directly find answers on google. Second Round :- Interviewer was just doing kind of time pass by asking silly question and looking at his watch :- 1- JBOSS vs Tomcat. Give differences 2- Concurrency vs parallelism (differences) 3- One simple factory design pattern question 4- One sql query Rejected because couldn't answer first two theoretical answers. Interviewer has very much less experience and he was neither judging on the basis of java knowledge nor on analytical basis.
