It was a telephonic interview , i already cleared the hackerearth test online. Interviewer looks to be a junior guy who was lacking on communication and technical skills. It was funny when he said robin hood instead of round robin and there is no different between spring and spring boot except both are different project from spring. He was just stumbling during the entire process of interview and not even able to communicate the questions. One of the worst experience till now dealing with stupid interviewer, there is no way in the world that i could work with them. At last I asked him about what his company is doing, he was not even able to convince me on that forget about technical questions. Don't know how company is surviving. I already had doubts about the company after reading reviews on glassdoor and this guy proved me right , thanks to him but only sad part is he waisted my one days as i took leave from my company. Advice to management: Place the technical sound interviewers for interview, If your interviewer is not good forget about hiring the good people for your company and don't waste somebody else's time.
