My first Zoom interview was with the CRO and Since I was referred by a mutual colleague, it was a fairly informal get-to-know-you type of interview. My second Zoom interview was with the SVP of Alliances and it was even less formal. I then spoke with the CRO again and he said I had the job, but then went silent for a week or so until I followed up again. Then I received my offer letter.
