- Screening: Call with HR where I was provided with a description of what the company does, current salary, expected salary and other standard stuff.
- Technical round: Resume-based where I mostly spoke about a couple of my projects and had a good discussion with a technical team member.
- CTO round: A joke of a discussion where I was told that the CTO would call me on my phone for quick 5-10 min conversation. CTO seems like the busiest man on earth and is apparently capable of making snap judgments about people based on a 5 min phone convo. Massive red flag 🚩after talking to this guy.
- “Limbo” round: Was ghosted by the sweet talking HR. Multiple follow up attempts failed to deliver any response. So I’m just kept in limbo forever….
Verdict - If you’re a serious candidate who respects himself, give this company a pass and look for something else. Dodged a bullet with this one.
