The interviewer is super friendly. A nice experience overall. No need to feel nervous and just be yourself. BTW, i think it might be better to mention team spirit.
Phone Screening with basic questions followed by an in-person interview with one individual. The interviewer will then submit you to their supervisor for a final approval. There is a third interview after the offer is made.

It was a two part interview that I thought went well. The supervisor and the manager that interviewed me was good people with great personalities. They had fun spirits and wonderful attitudes.
