You go in sit down with a current area supervisor and have you interview talk about past work history or if none you talk about your favorite retail store and what’s the most you like about it and how would you implement the same store there.

What is it about the company that interested you in applying?
It was a group interview setting with math test. Around 20 people lined up at a table with three or four interviewers. Asked why you wanted to work there and went down row. Select based off of basic math skills
The interview was basically just me going on a site and recording videos of myself answering the questions they asked. The interview was pretty straight to the point and that was really the only thing I had to do.
