Someone reached out to me on my personal Instagram and asked me to interview with them. I met with her for a short zoom call, she critiqued my portfolio and then eventually set up a zoom call with her bosses. It was a weird scenario.
Portfolio review, standard questions. Meet first with HR rep and then with a PM. Best to apply early in the cycle as spots are filled quickly. Very difficult to get an interview without a recommendation

Was asked to introduce myself and then present my portfolio with lots of questions and interests being asked about the projects in a small conference room with one architect and senior designer. Got a notification of rejection in one week. mama I tried.
