Applied online and was contacted for a phone screen. Was called, asked very generic questions about my work history, and told to wait a week to hear any word of a potential in-person interview. Didn't receive word until two weeks later, and told I apparently wasn't qualified enough. If I weren't qualified, wouldn't you be able to tell just by looking at my resume? Why subject me to a basic phone screen and have me wait on word? Also noticed you guys are still putting up craigslist ads. Maybe put someone else in charge for hiring, or at least ask questions that would draw out a interviewee's personality in answering if you want more of a gauge of someone's character. The girl on the phone sounded bored, hardly engaged, and basic as heck as she asked vague questions that sounded like they came off an online list. You guys are asking for fun, creative people and then give us nothing to work with except the dullest situational box you could copy, paste, and recite from a google search result. Well thanks for the opportunity, but I graduated that bull in '07 anyway.

Interview was short and relaxed. There was a heavy emphasis on company culture. There were also a few questions about my background, but not many. It seemed like I wasn't being interviewed by a real decision masker at the time.
