I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Smartsheet
Interview
Started with a phone screen with the hiring manager, a presentation with the hiring manager and one of his colleagues, a panel interview, and final with the hiring manager.
The people for the most part were great, but the scheduling and working with the recruiters was an absolute mess and very unprofessional. The simplest parts of scheduling were very difficult and would find out an hour or so before two of the interviews that they couldn't make it or one of the hiring managers was out/sick.
There was also a lack in communication between the employees. One of the managers came in to the interview venting about one of her employees and was extremely unpleasant throughout the interview. She even went on to say she was shocked I'd made it to the final interview given my past experience...
Perhaps the most ridiculous part of the process was that I never even got to meet the hiring manager in person and made it through the final interview...
Overall, great company with a lot of great people, but there's a lot to work on regarding the interview process and one of their recruiters.
The interview process is pretty thorough. You first speak to HR to validate the initial fit , then interview with few team managers, directors, and finally, the segment VP. The structure of the interview with each manager and director is similar they mainly want to get to know you, why you're applying to Smartsheet, and if you would be a good fit for the team and company.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smartsheet
Interview
Taking time out of my day to write this review to prevent others from an excruciating process. I was put through 3 rounds, 7 interviewers and over 5 hours of interviewing. They kept asking the same redundant questions over and over throughout every interviewer - I felt like I was looping. In the end I decided to drop the interview process bc at that point it felt like they were taken advantage of me. Shortly after I landed my dream gig and getting paid a lot more .... save yourself

Interview
I'm only here to warn future interviewees - this was easily the worst interview process I've ever been apart of.... At first they told me I was a perfect fit the role and company and put me through 7 interviews leading up to the VP all for a total of 6 hours until they thought my previous experiences (5 years of sales) wouldn't apply to the role.....I'm honestly still traumatized from this experience
