      Fantastic team and tools, but recent chaos affects stability

      Pros

      - The people (ICs and leaders) with very little exception are fantastic. Great CS organization - Strong tools like Salesforce, Gainsight and Claude and strong support to maximize their use

      Cons

      - So much brain drain of late, the last 1-2 years have been chaotic - Price increases and pressure on sales teams to uplift translates to strains on customer relationships and retention - Used to be a great employer, changes since the company went private have been sad to see and experience.

We know that the transition to private equity brought a lot of change, and it can feel like navigating the chaos will never end.
