Smile Direct Club Recruiter interview questions

Applied online and then went through 2 hours of virtual interviews, then got ghosted. They left it off with "We will set you up with some of the hiring managers so you can connect with them". I emailed to check on status and they said I was still in consideration and then never heard from them again. If they do this to somebody who would join their own team I can only imagine what they do to other applicants. Side note: Melissa was super nice and I really enjoyed talking with her.
