Interview
The process was pretty long. I was two rounds and both interviews lasted 30 mins. The time it took to hear back was a few weeks and you end up forgetting you applied. Both the women that interviewed me were white women and they ended up chosing a white women for the role, so the lack of diversity was definitely obvisous.
