Second interview, technical and interesting
On-Site: Met with a group of people. Manager of the office extremely arrogant and had no clue what the position was about. Made questions not related to the position along with snide comments.
Lack of alignment with company's goals.
Completely unattractive location: Not close to any major hub, making the commute rather long.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Venice, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
After quick chat with recruiter via phone, I was scheduled for an on-site interview. The interview was scheduled from 9am-12:45pm and was in a small conference room. Interviews were 45 minutes each, back to back.
Interview process was fairly standard - not too many hard questions. From start to finish probably took 2 months. Overall a decent experience. Some questions could have been harder, but overall I felt the process adequately addresses the role.
