Promotion by committee where a bunch of managers that have no idea what you worked on evaluate you. Performance evaluation ensures that 75% of the company gets meets expectations which means no bonus. Entire process is dependent on manager input. No other input matters. Manager just promotes their favorites with no recourse for employees. Most of the employees here don't even use the app. Have no idea how to use the features they are building.
