I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snap
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me and asked to interview. Standard phone screening went well. Recruiter scheduled R2 with an exec. Cancelled the interview at the last minute and exchanged emails for about a month promising to reschedule. Eventually just ghosted. This was also with an internal referral, I can see where they got their logo!
