Interview
Interview process was about a month. I had 3 calls before on site. In person interview was with 3 people, 30 min each. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and smart. The recruiter was responsive through the entire process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Snap in Jul 2017
Interview
Interviewed with 7 people including HR, team members, manager and senior people. I thought all went well but was completely ghosted (no pun intended) by HR after multiple follow ups. I thought this was unprofessional since I went through multiple rounds of interviews and I could see here on Glassdoor that typically the company will send a rejection. Snap really should give answers to people they are putting through a full interview process out of respect for the candidate's time and effort.
