The worse. Had a 30 min “get to know” scheduled with a recruiter. She talked the entire 30 mins about how perfect Snap was. At the end of 30 mins, because I hadn’t had a chance to say a word, she asked if I could do another 30 mins another day. Of course, the day we were supposed to meet again, she had an emergency come up and had to reschedule. We finally was able to find another day and time...once again she talked, talked and talked. I had about 15 mins of the 30 mins to tell her about myself. 3/4 days later, she sent an email that said thanks but no thanks. Here’s the issue, I’m a TA professional and this was probably the worse interview process ever. JA, needs to go back to recruiting 101.
