Got an interview after a week of applying. For personal reasons I had to reschedule and they where very flexible and understanding. After the interview I was asked to do an art test. The whole interview process took about 3 weeks.

Had a few interviews that were straight to the point, asking about my expectations from the job, what a i knew about the position. Then, some casual conversation. Inquired about my taste, my art career and my thoughts on 3d enviroments

Interview
A recruiter reached out and scheduled a call. It was casual. I was asked about my background and what I wanted out of the role and he told me about the company and culture. I was then asked to interview with the head of the 3D department, but it ultimately didn't work out due to some lacking requirements and inability to relocate.
