Recruiter call -> Hiring manager -> Technical screen -> Panel presentation. Recruiter call and hiring manager call were good. My recruiter was very kind, proactive, and responsive, and the hiring manager I talked to was quite personable. It was in the technical screen when it all went crashing down. My interviewer looked absolutely miserable, like they didn't want to be there. They were not looking to build any report at all and was rapid firing questions at me. They rolled their eyes at my response in multiple occasions. In addition, they shared that they didn't see a long term future for the company which was very discouraging.
