I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Snap
Interview
I emailed a recruiter directly (email obtained from friend who received an offer), and was given a Hackerrank challenge the next day. The challenge was extremely difficult however, and I wasn't able to complete it within the hour, so I wasn't surprised to get rejected the next few days. Recruiter was prompt in responses though.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied online, and they reached out via email after a week. I had a phone interview several days later, which seemed to go well - the recruiter told me I would hear back from them shortly to schedule a 2nd interview. After a week of no contact, I reached out even though I was pretty sure it wasn't happening. Never received a response.
